We want you to be using GB Pro with the minimum amount of fuss - but sometimes its just easier to call us for help in resolving an issue .... we'll know the answer - we designed the software! We're here. Over weekends and some public holidays we provide a call back service and some issues can only be dealt with in normal office hours
Although our software is easy to install and easy to use - there are times when its more convenient to let us install the software for you ( 14 or 60 days support contract required) and give you some up and running training - so remember we here day and night - just call.
